How to put this delicately? Although the warm summer sun can feel great on your face, all that heat can wreak havoc on your nether regions. Enter Ice Bear Sailing Powder, an organic product comprised of corn starch and finely ground arrowroot “for excellent absorption,” white Kaolin clay for a “smooth, dry texture” and zinc oxide for “lubricity.” Although created for offshore racing sailors, Ice Bear also works great for cruisers, especially when you’re conserving water and it’s too cold for a swim. Itching and sailboats are never a good combination. The fresher and cleaner you can keep things “down under” the better off you are.
