The designers at Norway’s Navslide have done it again with their new Quick Mount system. Like the rest of the Navslide product line, the Quick Mount serves as an adjustable bracket for a multifunction display (or any other piece of electronic nav equipment), which makes it possible to monitor the screen from just about any spot in the cockpit—no small thing for safe and comfortable watch-standing offshore. The Quick Mount is also easily removable, allowing you to either free up space on, say, a cockpit table at mealtime or safely stow your MFD belowdecks when you’re away from your boat. A quick twist is all it takes to secure or remove the stainless steel mount from its baseplate. $460.Navslide
