Base Layer Essentials

During prolonged outdoor activity in the cold weather the added warmth and comfort you get from a good base layer without the added bulk is key. The new Field Edition NTS Mid 250 Crew and Bottom are made from 100 percent Merino wool to help regulate body temperature and minimize sweat during periods of activity. They also minimize body odor, something you (and your crew) will appreciate after a long day of sailing. Their form-fitting design and flatlock seam construction help to eliminate chafing while you move about the cockpit, and on days when it’s warm enough to only wear the Crew and a bib, they’re rated to UPF 50 for protection from the sun. $95.
