The use of epoxy resin in production boat building is one of Hanse’s most outstanding innovations.

The Hanse 470e, Hanse 540e and the flagship Hanse 630e are built in epoxy as standard and the new 370, 400 and 430 are offered in epoxy hull versions as the 370e, 400e and 430e. This technology makes the Hanses very light and durable. Hanse Yachts range from 30 to 63 feet, are equipped with a self-tacking jib, a main-drop system and Lazy Jacks, and can therefore be easily sailed even by a small crew.

All Hanse designs come from the world-renowed design group judel/vrolijk, of which partner Rolf Vrolijk is principal designer of the “Alinghi-Challenge”. The result is a fast design with a classical style, and the warm and cozy interior caters to families. Moreover, the multiple choice concept of the Hanse Yachts makes it possible to design the interior to suit each owner’s taste.
