Tired of winning brag flags and pickle dishes? How about a new boat?

This summer the venerable Ensign class is raffling off a brand-new 23-foot Ensign Classic, built by Ensign Spars of Marquette, Michigan. According to Ensign Spars owner Chad Lewis, the contest is part of a wider campaign to remind the world that the full-keel one design remains as much fun to race and sail today as ever, with active fleets sprinkled throughout the country.

You’d also be hard pressed to find a better bunch of people than Ensign sailors.
