Before you write or email: Please check the label of a recent issue to see exactly how your copy of SAIL is addressed to you. If you do not supply exactly that information, we may not be able to identify you properly. If you are changing your address, include both your old address and your new address. Allow 8 weeks for the change to become effective.

I've paid my subscription to your magazine and have not received any magazines. I have also been getting letters from North Shore Agency saying my account it delinquent, when in fact it is paid ($14.95). Please send them notice to cease sending these threatening letters. Can you help me with a a purchase made throug internet, whose email is no_reply@e2e-store.com, order number 302649, Sail Store Order Confirmation 217-20100807-181200, as per request 2011 Wall Calendar, but I recieved the 2010 Wall Calendar, which is of no use now.
